Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Your order typically ships within 2-3 business days of being placed. We ship Monday - Friday (excluding US Holidays) from the Baltimore/Washington, DC area. If there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Your order will be shipped via, UPS, USPS or DHL Express.
RUSH ORDERS: If you need your order in a hurry, email us at customercare@clhcreates.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Depending on the circumstances this may require additional shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please contact us prior to ordering items regarding international shipping. Once we have your order packed and ready to ship we will notify you of carrier options and shipping charges. . CLHCreates is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or duty fees that may be incurred in the shipment of your order.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
We accept returns. We want to make sure you are completely happy and satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with a particular item or it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at customercare@clhcreates.com regarding a return. All returns must be made within 30 days of your original order. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed once they are received and refunds will be made in the original form of payment, less shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on custom orders unless in the unlikely event that we made a mistake in the customization of your item or shipped an incorrect item.
Our product descriptions and photographs are designed to ensure that the color of the fabric of an item on the site appears as close as possible to the color of the product you receive. When at all possible, we photograph in natural light, but due to the many differences in monitors and mobile devices, it is not possible to guarantee the colors are exactly as you saw them on the website.
